## Dropdown Configuration

Category

Options: Electronics → Clothing → Home → Food → Office

Stock Status

Options: In Stock → Low Stock → Out of Stock → Discontinued → Pre-Order

Zorpa Automation Rules

Install Zorpa and configure these rules:

• When Stock Status changes to Low Stock → create purchase order + notify procurement
• When Stock Status changes to Out of Stock → alert sales team + update website
• Cascade: Category → Subcategory

How to Set Up

• Create a new Monday.com board
• Add the columns listed above (dropdown columns with the specified options)
• Create the groups: Active Products, Low Stock Alert, Discontinued
• Install Zorpa from the Monday Marketplace
• Open Zorpa Board View and add the automation rules above
• Test each rule with sample data
