Install Zorpa and configure these rules:
- When Stage changes to Proposal → notify sales manager + create proposal task
- When Stage changes to Closed Won → notify onboarding team + update forecast
- When Stage changes to Closed Lost → trigger loss analysis survey
How to Set Up
- Create a new Monday.com board
- Add the columns listed above (dropdown columns with the specified options)
- Create the groups: New Leads, Active Deals, Closed
- Install Zorpa from the Monday Marketplace

- Test each rule with sample data
